Return Window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.

- Unused items in original condition and packaging.
Items We Cannot Accept
- Used, scratched, damaged, or installed phone cases.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Custom or special-request items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How To Start A Return
Contact us with your order number, the item you want to return, and a clear photo if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We will review the request and share the next steps.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged item.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong model or color, we can help with an exchange when the replacement item is available. The original item must meet the return conditions above.
